The Management of the University of Sierra Leone – Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) wishes to inform all students and staff that academic activities will be suspended on Thursday, 5th March 2026 to facilitate the Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted students.

In view of this, the College Administration will observe a recess on the stated date to ensure full participation and the smooth conduct of the ceremony. Normal academic and administrative activities will resume on Friday, 6th March 2026.

All newly admitted students are required to attend the Matriculation Ceremony, as it formally signifies their admission into the University.
We appreciate your cooperation.
