The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, has announced Friday, 10 July 2026, as the deadline for all diploma students in Freetown and the provinces to complete payment of their second-semester tuition fees for the 2025/2026 academic year.
According to a notice issued by the Office of the Deputy Registrar, students who have not paid 100% of their tuition fees by the deadline will not be allowed to access university services or sit the second-semester examinations.
The notice directs students to make payments into the designated Rokel Commercial Bank account and strongly encourages early payment to avoid delays and inconvenience during the examination period.
Students requiring further information or clarification have been advised to contact the National Coordinator of the Extramural Unit or the focal/local coordinators in Lungi, Makeni, Kono, Bo, Kenema, Kailahun, and Pujehun.
The notice was signed by Albert S. Baio, MCIPS, MILT, Deputy Registrar, and dated 25 June 2026.
