The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), through the Students and Academic Affairs Unit, has announced the commencement of the Student ID Card Photography and Collection Exercise for continuing students in Years 2, 3, and 4 for the 2025/2026 academic year.
According to the notice, only students who have fully settled their tuition and other required fees will be eligible to participate in the exercise and receive their ID cards. Students with outstanding fee balances will not be allowed to take photographs or collect their ID cards until all financial obligations have been fulfilled.
The exercise will take place at Library Room 1 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily according to the following schedule:
Wednesday, 24th June 2026 – Year Two Students
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Faculty of Information Systems and Technology
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Faculty of Accounting and Finance
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Faculty of Leadership and Governance
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Faculty of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship
Thursday, 25th June 2026 – Year Three Students
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Faculty of Information Systems and Technology
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Faculty of Accounting and Finance
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Faculty of Leadership and Governance
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Faculty of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship
Friday, 26th June 2026 – Year Four Students (Honours & General)
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Faculty of Information Systems and Technology
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Faculty of Accounting and Finance
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Faculty of Leadership and Governance
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Faculty of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship
Students are advised to arrive on time, present proof of full payment where necessary, and comply with all instructions from the registration and ID card personnel.
The Academic Affairs Unit emphasized that the student ID card remains an important means of identification and access to various university services. All eligible students are therefore encouraged to participate in the exercise as scheduled.
