The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, through its Discipline Committee, has invited 25 students to appear before the first disciplinary hearing over alleged examination malpractice during the 2025/2026 First Semester examinations.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, 30th June 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in the Deputy Vice Chancellor's Conference Room, located on the 4th Floor of the IPAM New Building.
The students invited to appear before the committee are:

3. Mansaray Umaru
4. Bangura Gepre-Mawa Mukeh Mohamed
5. Dumbuya Memunatu
6. Sesay Aminata
7. Bangura Abdulai Ibrahim

9. Keita Inestina Isata
10. Jomoh Joshua
11. Turay Kadiatu
12. Conteh Gerald
13. Turay Christiana
14. Rahman Sulaiman
15. Turay Kanji Sunkarou

The Discipline Committee stated that the hearing will consider allegations involving students from various academic departments. Students whose names appear on the list have been advised to attend the hearing as scheduled.
The committee further warned that any student who fails to appear before the panel will be judged in default, and their case will be decided based on the evidence available.
The notice was signed by Mr. Richard Ngebeh for the Chairman of the IPAM Discipline Committee and copied to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Deputy Registrar, Students' and Academic Affairs Unit, Heads of Departments, the Warden of Students, members of the Discipline Committee, and the IPAM Students' Union Government.
