The management of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, has reminded all students to attend their scheduled lectures as the second semester enters its final weeks.
In a notice issued by the Office of the Deputy Registrar on Monday, 29 June 2026, the administration stated that second-semester lectures will end on Saturday, 18 July 2026, followed by a one-week lecture recess from Monday, 20 July to Saturday, 25 July 2026.
The notice also released the examination schedule for B.Sc. programmes in Freetown. Year One students will sit their examinations from 27–31 July 2026 at the Main and Kingtom campuses between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Year Two examinations will be held during the same period at the Main and Kingtom campuses, with Group A writing from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Group B from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Year Three students will also write their examinations from 27–31 July 2026 at Fourah Bay College and Tree Planting, with Group A scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Group B from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Management further announced that examinations for B.Sc. programmes in Bo and Makeni, as well as Diploma programmes in Freetown and the provinces, will take place from 10–14 August 2026. The second-semester examination timetable is expected to be published by Friday, 3 July 2026.
Students have also been reminded that 100% of tuition fees must be paid by Friday, 10 July 2026. The administration warned that students who fail to meet the deadline will not be permitted to sit the examinations.
