The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, has officially announced the 2026 Graduation Ceremony for students who completed their Extramural Diploma programmes during the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 academic years.

According to a notice released by the Extramural Studies Unit, the ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 23rd May 2026 at the Amphitheatre, Fourah Bay College (FBC). The event will bring together graduating students, university officials, and invited guests to celebrate the academic achievements of the diploma graduands.

In preparation for the ceremony, all prospective graduands are required to pay a graduation fee of NLe 1,500. The fee covers the cost of academic regalia, including the hiring of gowns, as well as other administrative expenses associated with the graduation ceremony.

Students have been advised to make payments to the designated bank account under the name UBA – IPAM, with Account/BBAN Number: 540110310002575. After payment, graduands are expected to present their payment receipt to the Extramural Studies Unit Office for confirmation and further processing.

The university administration has encouraged all eligible students to complete the payment and necessary procedures in time to ensure their participation in the forthcoming graduation ceremony. The event marks an important milestone for students who successfully completed their diploma programmes through IPAM’s extramural studies system.
